Terms and Conditions

Viewport Photo (VPP)  is here to help you market and sell your clients' properties.  We will work with you toward that goal; however, we need your help to do that.

Property Condition: The property should be in camera-ready condition upon our arrival, internally and externally.  We will open window coverings and turn on lights to ensure the camera captures the space to the best of its ability.  We may also make minor adjustments as we deem necessary, but we are not responsible for cleaning, dusting, relocating furniture or moving boxes, etc.    

Scheduling Changes: This is a fast-moving business, and we know there are a lot of moving parts.  We simply request that you reach out to us by phone/text (619-203-9341) as soon as you know there is a delay or cancellation.  You will not be charged if we need to postpone or cancel your session.

Drone Photo/Video Flights:  Due to the nature of flying a drone, especially given changing weather conditions, FAA flight restrictions, and aerial obstructions in many neighborhoods, we cannot guarantee that every property can be safely photographed from the air to your satisfaction.  Our FAA Part 107-certified pilot/drone operator will have the final say as to whether or not the flight can be conducted safely that day, or at all.  Of course, if your are not satisfied with the product, you will not be charged.

Payment: We currently accept Venmo.  If you do not use Venmo, please contact us for alternatives.  We'll make it work!
